How you'll make an impact
- ● Provide a calm, clear claims experience that protects the client and the brand.
- ● Reduce claim severity by connecting clients with best-practice risk resources.
- ● Build a feedback loop from claims trends back to underwriting and sales.
Responsibilities
- ● Serve as the primary point of contact for new claims and ongoing claim status updates.
- ● Coordinate documentation and carrier communication to keep claims moving.
- ● Identify recurring claim drivers and recommend risk mitigation actions.
- ● Maintain accurate claim logs and post-claim summaries.
What we're looking for
- ● Commercial claims experience in property/casualty lines.
- ● Ability to translate complex claims steps into clear client guidance.
- ● Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
- ● Collaborative mindset with sales, underwriting, and client success teams.
Nice to have
- ● Experience supporting small business or professional services claims.
