How you'll make an impact

  • Ensure every client gets proactive renewal guidance and clean, accurate policy documentation.
  • Resolve service requests quickly while maintaining compliance with carrier requirements.
  • Create repeatable workflows that keep policyholders delighted and retained.

Responsibilities

  • Manage renewals, endorsements, audits, and billing questions for a book of business.
  • Coordinate certificates of insurance, loss runs, and policy changes with carriers.
  • Educate clients on coverage changes and document recommendations clearly.
  • Maintain organized client records and service timelines.

What we're looking for

  • Experience servicing commercial lines accounts at a brokerage or agency.
  • Working knowledge of policy forms, endorsements, and carrier service standards.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.

Nice to have

  • Experience with agency management or CRM systems.
