How you'll make an impact
- ● Ensure every client gets proactive renewal guidance and clean, accurate policy documentation.
- ● Resolve service requests quickly while maintaining compliance with carrier requirements.
- ● Create repeatable workflows that keep policyholders delighted and retained.
Responsibilities
- ● Manage renewals, endorsements, audits, and billing questions for a book of business.
- ● Coordinate certificates of insurance, loss runs, and policy changes with carriers.
- ● Educate clients on coverage changes and document recommendations clearly.
- ● Maintain organized client records and service timelines.
What we're looking for
- ● Experience servicing commercial lines accounts at a brokerage or agency.
- ● Working knowledge of policy forms, endorsements, and carrier service standards.
- ● Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
- ● Ability to manage multiple priorities without sacrificing accuracy.
Nice to have
- ● Experience with agency management or CRM systems.
